I am a British woman living in Bangkok, travelling throughout Asia for my job with a humanitarian organisation. For a living I work with poor people in Asia who can't afford the most basic food. For a hobby I endulge myself with the tastiest food which Asia has to offer and encourage others to do the same. It's an odd contradiction but one that makes me gratefull every day and doubly committed to showing food the love it deserves.
When I'm not zipping around Asia I'm making the most of Bangkok, where I live with the fella who just became my husband. There are many amazing things about living in this city but the best is being in a culture where it is considered perfectly acceptable - normal even to be completely obsessed with food!
When I'm not cooking or eating, I'm thinking about what I'm going to cook or eat next. And I've mastered the art of pretending to listen while secretly menu planning in my head. I love recreating the tastes and smells from my travels. And I love cooking for people, which is why I blog. It makes me happy :-)
Haven´t seen so much of your blog, but already love it! Many regards from Munich! Rena :-)
